    Delivery

    Please fill in the details of the symptoms and enclose your business card and send it by prepaid courier

    AS will be received in the order of delivery.

Warranty Guidance
1. Warranty Period
The warranty period for the product you purchased is 2 years based on the shipment of the headquarters.
2. Scope of Warranty
You can get a free repair for non-fault product failures during the warranty period above.
3. If it is treated free of charge outside of the warranty period
If you receive the same part again, you can receive it free of charge within a year.
4. If it is processed for a fee within the warranty period
Please note that the following cases are excluded from the scope of the free of charge.

(1) In case of non-conforming environment, electrical conditions, or handling other than those specified in the instruction manual

(2) If the failure is caused by customer negligence or something other than our products

(3) Products modified and repaired by Jangsong other than our company

(4) If the product is not the original method of use

(5) For use that cannot be expected at the scientific or technical level at the time of shipment from our company
